As the result of ideas generated from my developed Dental Broker Advisory Council, two enhancements were introduced:
oPreventive max enhancement, which encouraged members to continue regular dental checkups without concern of services being used against their annual maximum.
oOffer extra exam annually, regardless of patient’s condition. PR and internal messaging were part of the roll-out.
While heading up marketing for the Individual Health and Small Group division, I created a broker advisory marketing support program including templates and guidelines. In addition, I rolled out a series of regional broker professional events to facilitate better relations between company and broker community.
Brand Manager that launched Horizon BCBSNJ’s first-ever branding campaign, which consistently outperformed competitors.
