Managed implementation of various Annuity products in e-Applications(Firelight and iPipeline). Responsibilities:

● Responsible for overall delivery of all the projects in the Annuity portfolio.

● Overseeing and managing the implementation of the Annuity products. Responsible for release and capacity planning for all the projects.

● Driving the team towards delivery excellence in terms of testing, processes, and tools.

● Connecting with customers periodically to get the feedback and identify the improvement areas in terms of process standardization, tools and solutions.

● Conducting monthly governance meetings with the executive leadership team.

● Participating in Agile ceremonies PI planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Velocity assessment, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospections
