SUMMARY

Art Director, Graphic Designer and Visual artist, Misato, expresses her creativity at the

intersection of the digital and physical. After studying graphic design and art at University of the Arts London, she returned to Japan to start her career in design, working with musical artists, fashion brands, doing physical installation design, alongside her own artistic endeavors,leveraging 3D digital tools. She participated in her first art show at Camden Art Center in 2019, after which she participated in the Gemini Laboratory project and a group show at ANB Tokyo in Tokyo.

Most recently she has provided live visuals for popular musical artists in Japan including BADHOP at FUJIROCK, Budweiser x VERDY's at ZEROtokyo, Kenny Beats' Japan tour and digital art collective FELT ZINE and also displayed her digital art at the Be At Tokyo Archives show, Supernatural Labo.
