At end of seven-year tenure, net assets of the organization had grown from less than $1MM to $6.2MM.
Managed enterprise-wide fundraising and governance between Cancer Support Community (CSC) and its affiliates across the US and Canada by establishing grateful client giving and legacy giving programs. Established the CSC Affiliate Council to provide a forum for issue resolution and best practice sharing, and to create and oversee affiliate standards for branding, fundraising, and program.

The annual budget is approximately $220,000,000, about $10 million of which is philanthropy.
• Managed overall philanthropy program and philanthropy staff for this multi-site, non-profit community- based hospital.

GSI is a full-service philanthropic consulting firm that specializes in planning and conducting comprehensive campaigns and major gift efforts. Since 1989, GSI has partnered with hundreds of non-profit organizations, helping them raise billions of dollars in philanthropic support, and uniformly reaching and exceeding goals.
• Provided planning advice and service, campaign strategy input and implementation, overall guidance, and on- the-ground daily implementation services to multiple non-profit clients.
