During that period, I had an opportunity to be near to the Director General, DY.DIRECTOR GENERAL (Tech.Affairs) and Director Planning and I had privilege and responsible to get signed a Man Power Deputation Contract from BHEL India to KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA enabling 1,000 employees on Deputation come to KSA to work with the Company from India on behalf of BHEL.
