Was responsible for the achievement of monthly tonnage, kilometers, and labour hours as outlined in the monthly regional targets allocated each month by Swift Operations Director.

Monitored and managed standard fuel consumption on all classes of vehicles to ensure there was no leakages in the system.

Managed other critical transport and warehouse costs such as repairs and overtime and ensured that these operational costs stayed within budget.
