I currently am an Office Manager for Pine Creek Pools, previously named All-Tex Pools. I have solely managed the office for this company for 11 years now. For the majority of this time I have had to take care of about 350 recurring monthly customers, multiple one time service customers and oversee about 10 employees at a time. My job duties include monthly invoicing, collecting and recording payments, depositing checks, taking payments over the phone, and taking care of all point of contacts for customers; phone calls, text messages, voicemails and all emails. I also prepared the weekly payroll, quarterly employee tax filing, yearly tax filing, sales tax, preparing W4s, W9s, W2s and 1099s for our company, employees and third party contractors. I also sent out daily route schedules to all of our techs, looked over each route at the end of the day and further scheduled needed repair work. I am also responsible for keeping up with quickbooks, excel sheets, and online schedulers to ensure an organized office. I also create and send out quotes for requested services. I designed all of our online and direct mail advertisements, along with our website.
