Led the IS Facilities Program Project Portfolio for office relocations and builds for 8 moves. Four of the 8 moves were already in-flight and running the risk of not meeting the timelines. I initiated the other moves through closure.
The project budget for the moves ranged from 2 – 8 million and planned move for 400 – approximately 1700 users.
Responsible for the implementation, coordinating and managing the implementation of the Network, and Telecom, and AV requirements in Canada and in the U.S.
Align IS and Facility schedules. Working with vendors for the procurement and installation of MPLS, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi survey etc. for new locations.

All moves in the US and Canada were completed successfully and by the target move date. Circuit installations for some of the moves had to expedited with the vendors to meet the timelines due to the lead time required for the order. There were a few minor access and printing issues that were quickly resolved by the helpdesk and onsite technical support teams.
