Served as the liaison between Procurement and Kids Hope Alliance to initiate contracts, grants, and Request for Proposals. Ensured compliance with Florida Department of Education metrics and implementation of governance, operation, health services, family services, nutrition, outreach, education, and facilities of 21st Century Community Learning Centers, 21st CCLC sites. Collaborated with Senior Leadership to develop a Strategic Plan for partnering with Duval County Public Schools Principals, social services organizations, and community partners.
