Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit and analysis to senior management.

Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis to identify area for improvement, address challenges, and continuously enhance the partnership with Distribution Channel, HoReCa, Modern Trade, General Trade partners.

Track the sales of all distributors and ensure billing is happening as per plan and monitor both primary and secondary sales.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and present them to National Sales Manager in the format given and ensure accuracy of all the figures being presented.

Supervise the sales Team/ Sub D Captains who are appointed by Company to push for sales for the Distributor.

Negotiable contracts and margin with sales channel.

Ensuring product placement at retailer outlets.

Creating and operating a return cycle from retailers to the company.

End to end payment follow ups.
