I scheduled and maintained a tracking record of staff appointments for payroll purposes.

Created weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for submittal to the corporate office.
Communicated with clients, doctors, surgeons and hospital administrators regarding policy benefits. The communications were via telephone, texts, emails and letters.
Trained new employees and made sure that the work flow was handled in an efficient, timely and correct manner. Greeted in excess of 20 customers daily and directed the customers to the person who could answer their question if I could not. I have been successful in communicating with clients and fellow employees via verbal and written correspondence. I have not had any problems in learning new computer systems.

I worked for Sharon for 2 different times. The first time I was an agent and sold home, auto and health insurance coverage. I left because her office was too far to travel each day. The second time I worked for Sharon I was an Administrative Assistant. I handled the billing, late payments. I communicated with our clients via phone text and emails to help them keep their payments up to date.
Mrs. Lynch, unfortunately, passed away and the new agent changed my hours from 30 hours to 12 hours each day. My commute was from 2.30 to 2.45 hours each day so I left the agency in November 2024.

I was an Administrative Assistant – I kept track of the Tennis pros teaching hours and their pay. I also overlooked the Pro Shop, the inventory and shipping items. I filled in whenever the Manager and her assistant were not there. I helped with the tournaments and acquired sponsorships for the Major Tournament that was held there each year.

Vicky Mosteller – Office was shut down and Ms. Mosteller moved to another state.
I was a Sales Representative and I sold office furniture to the local military installations. I established the new territory for this company and all of my contacts were obtained though cold calling. I handled the transactions from the order to the delivery and installation of the furniture.

I was the Manager of the Group Health & Dental Claims office. I hired and trained new employees as well made sure that the claims were handled in an efficient, correct and timely manner. I collected data on new medical procedures from doctors, surgeons and hospitals. I then submitted that information to a company who determined the usual and customary fee for that procedure. This office was closed and the policies were moved to the Washington DC office. I was offered a position in the DC office, however I declined their offer.
I was the Supervisor of the Group Health & Dental Claims office. I trained new employees and I overlooked the processing of the claims . I wrote reports and submitted them to our corporate office in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I also collected data for this company as well regarding new medical procedures and submitted this information to our home office. I used Medical Terminology and the ICD code to process these claims.
