Functional Business Analyst working in Avionics for the Lunar Lander Engines Group.
Assisted engineers with their technical requirement specifications to meet the Lander Program Design Review (PDR). I was responsible for importing requirements from a 3rd party software to Jama and documenting the processes and procedures to produce the PDR Artifacts.
PDR artifacts were stored in the Windchill PLM repository.
Worked within the Engine Change Management (CM) process including Change Requests (CR) residing in Jira and the Change Task (CT) workflow utilized in Jama Connect.
Worked with Jama administrators to facilitate ongoing process changes and business requirements needed to meet operational goals, OCM, test verification, GAP analysis, and identity and access management (IAM) processes.
The requirements centered around the firing of the engines to system test the lander avionics to ensure they met preliminary requirements set by NASA.

Jira Business Analyst
Hired as a Project Analyst for Jira/Confluence but the role quickly expanded to a much larger set of work that played a key role in operating the Component Engineering (CE) Teams. The team’s goal was to build an Autonomous Vehicle (AD) as a self-driving taxi to be offered by Hyundai Motor Corp (HMC) to Lyft and Uber.
Worked with Jira (on-prem) Data Center setting up projects, dashboards, users/security, and workflows, and JQL extensively for building filters/Kanban/Scrum boards for PMs.
Used Jira's different project types to set up plans for Technical PMs to organize their projects, facilitate different user IAM types, and employ OCM.
Worked as a key POC between outside stakeholders, senior management, and the technical team to identify, report, and resolve any issues related to system delivery.
Began procurement using Jira Service Management, phased out to begin procurement using Coupa, at which time participated in the implementation of Coupa for all engineering procurement. Wrote reports in Coupa as well as added Vendors.
