Work Experience

Time away from work

December 2019 to February 2024

In November of 2019 my employer, friend, and ex husband passed away. After closing down his law office I took the next four years to be 100% present for my children. As the only parent it was important for me to be there for every game, every play, every band performance, and anything else that was of any importance to my children. I also wanted to just be available to them always for some time. My oldest is turning 20 this year and my youngest is now a junior in high school with a car and driver's license. This means that while attending his basketball games and other events is still very important to me, I now have the time to focus on my career, work life, my future whatever that may be. I'm open to all possibilities and excited to seek new opportunities.

Note: I have a small antiquing, vintage, handmade, and home interiors business that I have been growing over the last four years. I gained many new and useful skills during this time away from my regular employment. Always adding new skills and tricks to " my bag"
