Built alliances and partnerships of cross functional teams in 7 hospice locations and 4 outpatient palliative locations to steer operational improvements that resulted in improved customer satisfaction and quality scores. Formed and maintained strong relationships with location leaders to become a trusted resource. Participated as the primary clinical team expert with due diligence process for new agency acquisitions.
