ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

● Coordination with Purchase production Dept. in regular basic Through E-mail & Phone

● Provide complete assistance to the Project Manager and H.O. as per the company requirements.

● Generate daily stock level and monthly Stock Statement, Reconciliation in monthly basics.

● Maintain all records through MS Office, Excel & ERP system.

● Effective planning of material, Stock in minimum Level.

● Control Stock Transfer in & out from Our Site

● Checking of bills & Pending bills follow up with suppliers.

● Bill certified with ERP system & Xpedeon.

● Maintain accurate and up to date records of material inventory.

● To ensure good housekeeping and so as to minimize the need for material handling.

● Monthly, annually inventory report (physical counting)preparation & Record Maintain of Gate Pass

● Negotiation of rate with Suppliers and issue of purchase order to suppliers.

● Provide information for open the new item code.
