Created a decommissioning guide for the Enterprise where no standard process existed before.
Brought an external process in house for Accounts Payable documents that saved the business over $100K / year.
Migrated an old document repository system from an old outdated and no longer supported system to the Enterprise document system used globally. This was made more difficult as the old system was based in the UK and the Enterprise system is in the US. This change saved the enterprise an estimated 600k annually.
Was a key member of the team that implemented the California Privacy Act legislation for the enterprise.

Managed a team responsible for workplace services and IT support applications.
Provided leadership direction and technical expertise for projects and enterprise-level applications. including Multidimensional data warehousing (Hyperion Essbase), Document repository system (Papervision Imaging) and Artemis Time Tracking/Project Management.
Identified, planned, implemented, and maintained numerous upgrades and installs for various applications including infrastructure.
Managed and was the lead tech for an Artemis Upgrade which automated the resource onboarding process saving approximately 60 hours per week.
Worked on security performance with other company’s stakeholders and together we figured out data breaches, cyber-attacks, and security incidents.
Encompasses all decision-making roles and responsibilities involved with the managing and executing of the required programs and projects in security retentions.
I was responsible for developing and implementing the document security and retention policies for the global document repository. This involved interviewing all document owners (over 60 departments) and understanding their requirements and then documenting said requirements. Then making sure the requirements passed auditing requirements. Once this was completed I took those requirements and coded them into the application. Then this was tested and once successful this was scheduled and migrated to production. This is/was an ongoing process as new docs were continually imported into the system and new policies were needed.
About of my responsibilities concentrated on Infrastructure needs for the IT department including but not limited to hardware and software for various systems (Imaging system, the time tracking system used by the PMO and the data warehouse system all of which I supported entirely from build out to future managing of upgrades and replacements)

Managed and implemented many projects.
Moved a scanning process that was done externally by an outside vendor in house. Saving TJX over $100K per year.
Managed the implementation of the California Privacy Act as it pertained to the Papervision Imaging System. Ensured that the 60 projects in Papervision complied with governmental regulations as well as TJX information Security retention policies.
Mentored new team members.
Authored a decommissioning guide that detailed the decommissioning process for TJX IT. The guide was broken down into 3 sections:
Application only.
Application and Application Server.
Application, Application server, and Database.
The guide also detailed the process to follow to decommission all upstream and downstream integrations. Creating this guide and documentation cut decommissioning time by 50 %.
Was a member of a team that performed penetration testing into the document repository as part of Cyber Security testing. This involved members of the security, network and infrastructure teams. I made sure all tasks were documented and completed and that all results were documented up to the correct protocols for audit purposes.

Led a team responsible for upgrading and maintaining g many different systems including a document repository, a time entry system, and a data warehouse.
Managed and was the lead tech for several Papervision upgrades to ensure the application was on a fully supported version and the latest hardware. Also responsible for ensuring that any updates to the software could be utilized by TJX.
Managed and was the lead tech for the Fiscal Year changeover for the Artemis time tracking / project management system. This involved making sure all IT projects were reviewed on a yearly basis as well as all metadata that was used in the system was correct. Also ensured accuracy and efficiencies as Artemis data directly fed the Chargeout system. (a system which produces IT costs/bills for each banner of TJX)
Managed and was the lead tech for the Fiscal Year changeover for Hyperion Essbase. This involved creating new cubes (databases) each year to ensure Flash sales were ready for any of the banners to retrieve data and use said data to make the best business decisions for each banner. By reviewing / updating the cubes yearly we were able to present data that allowed the most accurate and efficient sales data for decision making.
