Certified to train and drive most fork lift models Going on eight years shipping and warehouse experience. Including Pallet building and order picking. During this time I have been a trainer and certified CPR first responder, as well as being certified in major bailers: cardboard tie and plastic bailing. In my position as Warehouse Coordinator my main responsibilities were to order all raw and packaging materials for production, create daily drop files of outgoing trailers, double check warehouse team members recieved inbound shipment correctly and correct any errors. Coordinate inbound and outbound trailers for the one dock. Attend daily and weekly meetings, prepare out going shipments, complete weekly inventory. Also part of period and quarterly inventory. Training of new employees in the warehouse department along with training all new forklift drivers for the pacer, reach and sit down models. Helped sanitation department by scheduling pick ups of trash and metal bins.

I also had to help with warehouse worker duties. With a forklift I take pallets of finished product to the wrapper, stage them and or load them into trailer, if available. Also unload incoming trailers, recieve the order and put it away. Stock mixing area with pallets of raw material. Use the sage warehouse management program to make movements, print labels and create out going BOLS.

I am a warehouse associate, in which I pick products and put into varying size boxes for orders. I have rotated through the different pick zones, which requires different methods of picking I also do receiving, which is sanccing incoming product and placing them in the pick locations.

July 2017 to August 2021 Starbucks Minden Nevada

I started as a picker and pallet builder. I then learned how to tie the bailers as well as becoming a trainer. I applied for the IC trail and got the job. I learned some of the IC functions, but mostly did no read and wave cleaning. After the trial I want back to picking and pallet building. In July of 2019 I became a specialist. I can perform all of the outbound DC functions and can do most of inbound functions. I'm March of 2020 I transferred to the CPG department. CPG was compromised of International, ISO and Nestle. I picked full pallets with P.I.T., staged these pallets by the docks and then loaded trailers. I used pacers, reaches, double jacks, slipper and clamper on a daily basis.

Shipping/Wash Room

I first started in the powder coating shop. I started as a line man, putting un-painted parts on the line and then taking painted parts off the line. Worked my way to the paint booth. Learned how to use paint hopper and gun. Painted both lead and second side. Also tested paint thickness and wash acid levels. After a year and a half there I transferred to the shipping department in main foundry. In the shipping department I work in the clean room, it’s more like a wash room. I wash machine oils off of engine parts, dry, bag, seal and box these parts. I also pick and pack parts. I have also done quality control on certain parts. Have run a pressure checker. I also am forklift certified.
