Primary responsibilities were to create and manage a caseload of twelve clients—six drug and alcohol clients and six mental health clients. Clients were adolescent children from middle school to high school aged children. Staff and therapists were trained as authority figures that helped other staff to maintain structure and regulate rules for juvenile delinquents or clients who were a ward of the court.
