Maintained Banking and Commercial Credit company relationships. Maintained calendar of filings and licensees renewals to insure all locations were within all local regulations. Coordinate with outside accounting firm on year end audit, partnered with Payroll and Personnel Department on setting new policies and reviewing policy manuals and benefit packages. Maintain all General Ledger postings and activity. Create and reviewed monthly operating statements with owners, and suggested procedural changes to improve effectiveness.

Manage financial operations of the Northern Virginia operations consisting of Continental Graphic Systems in Purcellville and National Conversion Systems in Sterling. Supervise daily activity of two bookkeepers’; three accounting clerks and a payroll clerk. Manage daily business operations for the parent company in conjunction with the operations manager and sales manager. Work with independent auditors and bank auditors on year-end and periodic audits. Designed and installed job cost system and a perpetual inventory system. Established procedure to identify the value of work-in-process at month end.
