Maintained Banking and Commercial Credit company relationships. Maintained calendar of filings and licensees renewals to insure all locations were within all local regulations. Coordinate with outside accounting firm on year end audit, partnered with Payroll and Personnel Department on setting new policies and reviewing policy manuals and benefit packages. Maintain all General Ledger postings and activity. Create and reviewed monthly operating statements with owners, and suggested procedural changes to improve effectiveness.
