• Diagnose, service, and repair aluminum extrusion presses, pullers, saws, conveyors, roll track, gearboxes and ovens.

• Rebuild hydraulic, pneumatic, water, centrifugal, rotary, horizontal, cavity, high pressure, vertical and bladder pumps.

• Service and maintain water cooling and hydraulic cooling systems.

• Answer all radio trouble calls from production asap to get lines up and running quickly to reduce any downtime.

• Complete all preventive maintenance/scheduled maintenance work orders as they are due and scheduled, work with company management and supervisors to create/schedule new work orders for repairs during press down times using FIIX (maintenance service program).
