*Assisting with lesson plans

*Following protocols provided by the facility to ensure the health and safety of the learners

*Monitoring the growth, development, and social interaction among learners engaging with their peer and interests in activities that prepares the learner to move forward to the next grade level

*Implementing S.T.E.M activities to expand the learner’s engagement and interest in the classroom

*Reviewing ICD-10 codes and sending claims for reprocessing and review

*Monitoring members yearly responsibilities to meet insurance requirements for obtaining care and keeping them updated on what services are available for them

*Resolving inquiries regarding billing, documenting and filing appeals, complaints and grievances on the behalf of the members and educating them on resources provided for them through the company for ongoing care

*Assuring eligibility and benefit coverage are aligned with company requirements

*Navigating and operating company system

*Providing documents with accurate information to report to supervisor(s) to company policy and procedures are followed

*Computer typing skills (meeting 40+ wpm)

*Keeping effective communication among teammates and supervisors
