● Increased Smith + Nephew quality standards by raising our kit health validity from 48% to 80% in 60 days (Went from bottom 5% to top 10% offices in the nation in a matter of 60 days, this was the biggest office turnaround).
● Decreased assets utilization from our instrument trays, returned a total of 78 sets at a value of $781,000. The total excess sets that have been reduced was by 36%.
● Decreased our implant asset utilization by an estimate of 600 implants back to Smith + Nephew resulting in a decrease of $175,000 off our books.
● Managed inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
● Evaluated deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
● Analyzed daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
