Admin Assistant: I am actually assisting the Director of the Company by working in different tasks as Admin Assistant.

From June 2004 – Up to November 2021- African Union Commission

Secretary/Administrative Assistant working in the Director’s office in several Departments like Conference, Protocol, Political Affairs, Medical Services and last in Trade and Industry mainly but not only:

•Type, set-up of documents like reports and draft and right write letters, notes, Memos, Emails;

•Process and follow-up all incoming information;

•Do the research and pursue on the field of the missing person based on the information given by the family and / or any other sources;

•Open files for the missing individuals having no contacts with their families both inside or outside the country and update it with actual information;

•Follow-up the research activity both within the country and outside by contacting other delegations of the Red Cross in other countries;

•Distribute and send messages of the Red Cross to refugees in Ethiopia to their family members residing outside the country (ex. Somalia, Sudan, etc.); - Data collection of political prisoners in the country; - All translation works from Amharic to French and English of various documents in regard to the refugees, prisoners, etc.

Being a private firm with its main activity as computer dealers, my responsibilities included: - Receiving guests;
