PROFESSIONAL BRIEF

I hold a E4Imact MBA and a Degree in NGO management with Social Works. He has over 5 years’ experience in offering Business/Project Development services and managing Business Development Programs with number of organizations/companies including: ILO-SIYB, Work for Life, Star Hub Africa, CURAD-SAYE project, EU Covid 19 Response Program, ILO Get Ahead among others. Currently leading the team of the Agri-Will Innovation Hub of Agrichi Group in Eastern Uganda Sadat has worked and is working with Youth and Women Entrepreneur Groups, Agricultural Cooperatives, Local Government, SCOs and SMEs in various sectors including agriculture, health, and finance. Sadat is an experienced trainer in the field of business development and financial literacy, where he has trained over 10,000 potential and existing entrepreneurs in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and business management skills. He poses skills in marketing training programs to prospective Groups, SACCOs, and Organizations as well as interested individuals. He poses skills selecting and conducting of the training needs analysis, designing and developing of training materials, the actual execution of trainings, follow–up of the newly trained cadres and conducting monitoring and evaluation exercises. He has led cross-functional technical project teams with 5 to 10 members and various assignments to assess, monitor, implement and evaluate, and conduct due diligence processes when it comes to selecting and awarding grants.
