I like to make things better.

Mostly in a customer service situation. When I know someone has been paid to do a job and they are doing it poorly. When a brand is doing it wrong. I wanna fix that. When someone that represents a brand says the wrong thing. I’d like to fix that. Overall brand experience. Logos. Videos. Posts. Return policies. Uniforms. Nav. When something in that human transaction, something in that promise, is broken. Someone should fix that, right? As a customer, if I didn’t feel great about an interaction with a brand, I just want to help make it better. I also feel like I am very good at making brands human. Extremely important nowadays. I could have written this better. Now I gotta fix that.
