Responsible for leading the end-to-end process review, improvement, and documentation, also for coordinating the LATAM Global Services HR Project Portfolio to support the new HR Model and information system implementation.

Conducted 22 E2E process workshops in preparation to the HR Workday system implementation across LATAM.

Coordinated the Regional Global Services HR Project Portfolio generating + 450,000 USD of savings/cost avoidance.

Led the Veeva Program implementation for LATAM region (13 countries). Served as a project manager to the global automation initiative for employee data, generating + 150,000 USD of savings/cost avoidance.

Facilitated the improvement process and transition related to Convergys, the global third-party vendor for HR services, regarding purchase order, invoicing and payment for more than 100 legal entities at country level, reducing the cycle time, less bureaucracy and issue resolution.

Led the transition project for LATAM region related to the contract termination with NorthgateArinso, the global outsourcing for HR Services. As part of the global governance team, solved +500 action items.
