Professional Summary:

With many years of experience in customer service I have developed an empathic and knowledgeable sense of people’s needs. I am hoping to extend my work history well into retirement, so I would like to find a remote position that removes the need for a commute each day. But I love interacting with people so I am willing to work in person also.

I have been instrumental in the success of our Customer Service Department with my professional assistance of each customer, the timely reconciliation of problems and the ability to soften the impact of difficult procedures and policies of the company.

I created an entire process of record keeping to follow the progress of each attendee and to get the educational credit hours to them that we provide thru Palmer Chiropractic College. My excel spreadsheet is the complete record of all of our attendees CE records.

Before 2020 we did all of our courses at in person seminars. We created a new process to provide all documentation of continuing education credit hours. As a team effort with several co-workers we eliminated paper from our system to paperless.

Take all incoming calls and process orders or answer questions about products and seminars. Warranty issues or troubleshoot products. Assist other representatives with policy and procedures they must follow.
