•Since transferring to my role as a Turnaround Planner I have been able to help planning and coordinating a Major outage for LHC-8 at the Oyster Creek Site of Texas Operations from April 2018 to July 2018

•Coordinate and lead strategic and tactical planning meetings, such as daily operations-Maintenance meetings, weekly planning/schedule alignment/review meetings, backlog review meetings, among others.

Material Coordinator/ Turnaround Planner March 2017 – May 2019

•Coordinate all materials needed for two 30 million-dollar Turnarounds. Process material purchases, allocating resources to help save around $100K for the project.

•How I was able to come to the way to be able to save the Budget the money was by using the original fasteners that were already in place which all were stainless steel bolting and was able to get a Production Leaders approval and companies sign off to go back with the original nuts and bolting. Which in turn was also how I was able to create a 3 day save towards the schedule and helped for the Turnaround/Project to be completed on time.
