Oversee a team of 10 dispensary staff and by developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensure consistent delivery of exemplary customer service.
Expand inventory by 25% with new product lines resulting in doubling of sales within 3 years. Further expansion of inventory by 100% over 10 years resulting in 9-fold increase sales revenue.
Implement and manage Deans Pharmacy In-house ZERO Copay, MINIMAL Copay discount programs and Business to Business sales to push sales, market product lines and improve client satisfaction.
Procure drugs and manage inventory to keep stocks at the level required to satisfy customers’ needs and expectations.
Perform regular routine stock checks and manage yearly stock taking procedure.
Create SOPs and STEP by STEP metrics along with education of staff to guarantee consistency of service delivery.
