Loss Mitigation Underwriter II

Loss Mitigation Underwriter II works with borrowers who are interested in remaining in their homes or liquidating their property. They review all retention and non-retention workout options, including, but not limited to repayment plans, modifications, short sales, and deeds-in-lieu. The Loss Mitigation Senior Underwriter provides training to new hires, reinforcement training to the team, reviews and responds to department escalations, and completes special projects as assigned.
