I presently supervise, monitor and assist in disciplining middle school students. which consists of 6, 7,and 8th grade students. There are times when I would have to intervene to resolve a disagreement between two students and there are times I would lend an ear to a sympathetic situation. I would also take it upon myself to pay for a lunch or two if the student forgot their money or just didn't have it I choose to treat the students how I would hope someone would treat my children. Before I transferred here at Lehmann Intermediate School I was at J.T. Lambert School. I've been in my current position for 18+yers and feel its time for a change.
Accomplishments
I've been told by my superiors, parents and students who have went on to graduate from college that I have had a great impact on their lives and the disciplinary action placed on them at the time was well deserved. I chose to stay at my job because of my children yet when my children graduated I stayed because I sincerely love the children . However I did take on additional jobs to help with the rising cost of living.
