oKey contributor to Lean Six Sigma task force that developed the position description for and procured funding for a Research Proposal Review Coordinator, resulting in a streamlined application process further reducing delays
Successfully proposed practice change to solve sentinel event problem: inadequate monitor placement was leading to undetected arrythmias; proposed policy mandating that monitor be visible at all times to care providers during transport
