Recruited by the CEO of Lorric, I was tasked with driving the company's growth as a material supplier and provider of electrical and general contracƟng services, as well as tesƟng and management/leadership training. My focus was on serving our industrial, uƟlity, and commercial customer base while also expanding these services into states beyond Louisiana. My responsibiliƟes included: Market Expansion: IdenƟfying new opportuniƟes in different states to broaden our service reach and increase market share.

I assumed full financial and operaƟonal responsibiliƟes for all construcƟon companies under Energy Services Holdings, including Argos UƟliƟes, Richardson Wayland Electrical Company, and ContracƟng Enterprises. These companies primarily focus on construcƟon and maintenance services for the electrical uƟlity and DOT transportaƟon technology systems markets. Upon joining in 2019, the company had approximately $32 million in revenues, accompanied by losses exceeding $4 million. Within less than four years, I successfully guided the company to achieve profitability with revenues around $68 million in 2023 and a 2024 backlog of over $70 million. This transformaƟon included achieving Zero Recordable Injuries, aligning with the Board of Directors' objecƟve of aƩracƟng new buyers. Subsequently, the company was sold in December 2023.
