Preventive maintenance of coaters, cleaning machine, blasting machines, stripping equipment& Ensure all preventive maintenance of the machines are done.
Plan & execute fixture maintenance & Ensure all documents related to the shift is filled.
Precision components - Production planning.
Daily checks of peripherals equipment’s.
RCS Machine Process Owner - Including 80 batch maintenance & Carousel Maintenance.
Stripping M/C and R.O. Process Owner & Chemical stock monitoring.
Oversee failures and implement preventive actions & Plan corrective actions for internal and external and ensure all corrective actions are implemented and validated.
Working for continuous improvement & excellence in performance of function.
Have to implements 6 cost saving project every year.
