• 2014-2015 Jr. Sous (in charge of restaurant prep) at Shea’s riverside in Essex, ma working under Head Chef Justin M. with 5 line cooks

• 2015-2017- started off as a cook and work my way up to Sous Chef at snappy pattys, working under Head Chef Nicholas D. with 4 line cooks.

• 2017-2019 Ora Tratorizza Sous Chef working under Chef Luis C. With 4 line cooks

• 2019- 2021 executive chef at Tedescho Country Club. Managing a kitchen staff of 10 employees.

•2021-2023 executive chef at Stanzys country ranch & Rivalry (two sister locations, I oversaw both kitchen productions at both restaraunts

• 2023- October 2024 executive chef, rebranded Rivalry, into a southern country restaraunt “The Tipsy Cowboy” under new management.
