Office Manager/Project Coordinator – 2007 - 2010

Responsible for but not limit to:

Schedule Annual Fire Alarm, Annual Central Station Test, Annual Fire Sprinkler Test, 5 Year Sprinkler Test, Annual, Emergency Light & Exit Sign Test, Annual Generator Test as required by the City of Los Angeles Fire Department, Los Angeles County Fire Department or any other city in Southern California that is required.

Schedule Preliminary and Final Inspection with the LA Building & Safety, LA Fire Department or LA County Fire Department.

Write proposals for new installs or repairs for existing systems.

File Mechanic’s Lien, Lien Release and 21 Day Preliminaries.

Responsible for the day-to-day operation for the company.

Continue to work with the accounting department with Billing, Invoicing, AP, AR, and collections.
