I started my freelance career during college, since graduating I've been working mostly on logo, business card, and website design/copywriting to brand small businesses. Jaimee Reinertsen is the owner of Sparkfire Branding who refers me to potential clients. I then listen to my clients needs and with consistent communication I design and brand their small businesses.
My most recent branding projects have been Onplace and NP on the Key, Beachside Weightloss & Wellness, and my own business Rizing Tide Events. I hand-painted and digitally edited the logo for Onplace as well as designed the website and business cards. Monaca Onstad has referred me to several business owners that I have designed for. My latest project has been working with Tiffany Galdieri on NP on the Key, a mobile in-home and tele-health clinic. I have designed the logo, business cards, website, and print designs. as well as digital ads and social media profiles for NP on the Key. I very much enjoy the process of working with clients until everything I design is above and beyond their expectations. I am fulfilled once my clients walk away with confidence and knowing that I am here for any other design needs they may have. I received my career diploma for medical transcription/coding in 2016. Transcription has taught me great time-management skills while working remote. I continue to work as an independent contractor doing part-time insurance transcription. I am well-versed in Microsoft Office 365 and type 85 WPM.
With my background and degree in fine arts, I was able to become certified to teach art in Florida. This is my second year teaching elementary art at Palm View K-8. It has been a wonderful experience teaching children the basics of art and has personally refreshed my artistic abilities. From lesson planning to educating I have learned a lot from my experience at Palm View K-8 School.
