JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assigned to disconnect and install vibration probes like axial, radial and key phasor.

• Arranged thrust bearing temperature cables and vibration probe cables.

• Installation and replace thermocouple on top of the flare.

• Calibrating pressure switch.

• Overhauling process control valves.

• Reconnection of tubings and wirings for solenoid valve and positioner for control valves.

• Performed calibration of Rosemount pressure transmitter using Jofra APC Pressure Source.

• Performed calibration of Rosemount temperature transmitter using Jofra CSC 200 Temperature Calibrator.

• Assists in the installation of new Rosemount temperature transmitter used as shutdown valve.

• Performed refilling of glycol for tubings of level transmitter

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) of field transmitters.

• Perform preventive maintenance of field control valves.

• Termination of single pair cable in the field junction box

• Assisted in checking or calibration of Rosemount differential pressure transmitter using Fluke 707Ex Ma calibrator.

• Performed installation of “gauge pressure” gauge.

• Assisted in the testing or calibration of proximitor sensor using digital multi meter. Assisted in the adjustment of vibration probe to set the desired distance of the sensor to the rotating shaft.

TROUBLE SHOOTING ISSUES:

• For the past 5 years experience as an Instrument Technician I encounter a lot of troubleshooting issues such as transmitter, valves, turbines and a process compressor. In order to fixed the issues you have to follow all the procedures in the plant.
