Responsibilities: Manage and perform total oversight of all facility operations for the Reebok World Headquarters in Boston Ma., Reebok Showroom in Manhattan, NY., as well as an AP process in Spartanburg SC.
Achievements:
●Project managed with Gilbane General Contractors for the new Reebok build-out location in Boston. Total oversight project along with the close out process. (220,000 sq ft)
●Managed the move in process from the former Reebok World Headquarters in Canton, Ma,
●Manage an operating budget of more than $14M annually.
●Integrated all MEP systems with all new construction and renovations with no interruptions to business operations.
●Assisted in the implementation and managed of an “online” work request system.
●Annually inspect and test all systems as required by federal, state, and local codes.
●Assist and manage all internal Marketing Events as well as external functions.
●Manage the selection process for the food service vendor.
●Developed performance standards for maintenance to ensure high reliability and excellent performance of the engineering plant. Coordinated the pre-qualification and bid evaluation process for engineering consultants, contractors and other outside vendors including food service and amenities (dry cleaning, daycare, hair stylists, and food vendor trucks.). Upon vendor selection, ensure that contracted services are delivered as required.

●Developed and maintained a CAFM system. Monitored performance of staff and vendor craftsmen to ensure high quality.
●Prepared and managed the operating and capital budgets for utilities and engineering systems. Coordinated with the facility manager to ensure the lowest possible energy costs. Total operating budget responsibilities of over $2,000,000.00.
●Developed schedules and budget for assigned projects. Ensure assigned projects are completed within budget and schedule while meeting user needs, business objectives and design guidelines. Monitor progress, provide financial control and ensure quality of projects. Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and documentation for project funding authorization. Responsible for interfacing with appropriate levels of management to obtain funding approval.

Responsibilities: Manage and perform total oversight of all facility operations at The Reebok World Headquarters which consists of office, design, fitness, daycare, testing, research, and development. All totaling 710,000 sq ft over 60 acres.
Achievements:
●Assisted in the project management for 2 Distribution Centers and a Customer Service building in Spartanburg, South Carolina, totaling over 3 million sq ft.
●Researched then created through historical spend data an operating budget.
●Developed and proposed based on client discussions the capital budget to support facility and construction projects, totaling $2,945,000.
●Integrated MEP systems with all new construction and renovations with no interruptions to business operations.
●Implemented, managed, and successfully completed the processes, training, and procedures for an ISO 14001 Registration.
●Led the transition of the Reebok facilities and office services staff (13) to Jones Lang LaSalle Integrated Facilities Management. (IFM).
●Identified and researched energy initiatives of varying types (solar, system commissioning, LED technologies, motion sensors, etc.)
●Identified over $200,000. in real savings in 2010 by leveraging some JLL national service agreements and negotiating service and utility contracts.
