oManaged a team of 16 Global NPI Project Coordinators (China / US) to support Product Development and Manufacturing from EVT/ DVT / PVT cycle to Production Launch, and EOL. This included supporting material procurement, PN creation, eCAD symbol support, BOM Management / Maintenance, Factory build coordination, and collaborating with Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to complete parts qualification for final production.
oChampion for Global Product Development on companywide PLM System Convergence project. Co-authored the original Business Solution Review (BSR) document specifically to meet Global Product Development requirements which include developing a single Windchill PLM instance, create a common architecture, design and implement a common process for BOM management component lifecycles, unify a common nomenclature, and define the Logistics Coordinator support team roles.
oResponsible for securing Specific and General Appropriation Requests and securing finance approvals for capital expenditures which include engineering material, semi-finished goods, SW licensing, 3rd party testing services, and test equipment procurement for FY 2017.
oManage my team’s overtime costs by adjusting resource coverage, implemented cross-training initiatives, and optimized business tool efficiency & usage. Managed $20M capital equipment budget and $1.2M of operating expenses.
