Summary
I am a Professional Engineer with over 40 years of experience. This experience has been in small privately held, as well as in large private and publicly held businesses. In addition; I have started two very successful businesses based on manufacturing, that I was able to build up and sell. My experience has been international, having worked throughout North America (Canada, USA, and Mexico) as well as Asia, with more than a decade as an Ex-pat.
My professional life has been focused on delivering results, through the use, and implementation, of Lean Manufacturing methods, driven by bottom line financial results. From the start, learning from the Shingijutsu experts (who came out of the Toyota Production System), through my work worldwide, I have become an expert in field of manufacturing excellence and Continuous Improvement.
I am looking for an opportunity to use my wealth of experience to help companies become world class, as well as pass on my experience to a new generation of experts.
