REITs & REMICs: Experience gained at Kinsey Beck & Co., CPAs in late 90’s processing FAS 109/ASC 740: Experience gained at Geller & Co. processing Bloomberg LP (client)’s transfer pricing of overseas income and Statutory (SSAP 101) income tax provisions and supporting documentation, including the calculation and review of deferred tax inventory items for Residual Profit Split (RPS) transfer-pricing method to determine host-country’s tax as based on USA primary-source operations for 250+ consolidated entities globally.
