I established the first in-house recruiting function for the Engineering and Architectural Services Division of Tetra Tech Incorporated, which is an international company with 1300 employees and 320 offices. As a full cycle recruiter my responsibilities began with consultation with hiring manager sand through the end of the hiring process.
