My role was versatile, providing support across departments to resolve urgent issues relating to event preparation, including fabric printing or cutting, and addressing production-related concerns.

Additionally, I supported our company’s receptionist with managing outgoing couriers and deliveries, acquiring valuable experience in managing Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, procuring courier quotes, and arranging waybills to counteract any packaging delays.
