Bay View Senior Services Case Manager: SEOP Program (Senior Ex-Offenders Program) Managed a Caseload of 20 clients who were at risk or homeless, suffering from substance use disorder, criminal history, alcohol addiction, Lack of education, jobless skills, and on parole and probation.
