EXPERIENCE:

Bay View Senior Services Case Manager: SEOP Program (Senior Ex-Offenders Program) Managed a Caseload of 20 clients who were at risk or homeless, suffering from substance use disorder, criminal history, alcohol addiction, Lack of education, jobless skills, and on parole and probation. I provided counseling assessments, evaluations /client intakes. treatment plans/exit plans provided transport services to my clients and temporary housing services with referral support to permanent housing, performed meetings one on one and in groups, drug testing, met with their perspective superior officers to advocate for their certain needs, provided life skills and family reunification meetings and support letters to the courts for those still fighting cases and other wrap around services where needed.
