• Executed load and stress test scripts using LoadRunner to replicate peak-hour, peak-day production traffic scenarios.

• Analyzed performance test results to identify and recommend tuning opportunities across database, operating system, and application layers.

• Conducted baseline performance tests and iterative load/stress testing to evaluate system behavior and ensure performance benchmarks. Financial Management Business Transformation Program (FMBT) Project VA is migrating to the Momentum solution, configured for VA as the Integrated Financial and Acquisition Management System (iFAMS) and hosted in the VA Azure cloud.

• Migration of financial data to Momentum, ensuring all records are accurate and complete.
