The company was sold to Real Outdoor Computing at which time it was merged into a public vehicle. The public company then paid the shareholders of TBX Group, Inc. $100,000,000 in public stock.

Allstate Property Holdings, Inc.

Acting CEO

In August of 2009 Dr. Gates acquired a public operating on behalf of a client located in the U. A. E. After holding the company for more than a year, the company was sold on payment terms. Less than one year later the buyers defaulted, and Dr. Gates again became Acting CEO, on July 9, 2012, he resigned as an officer and director of the company and on behalf of his client, returned control to the original owner.

Midwest Energy Ventures, LC

In January 2008 accepted the job of running Midwest Energy Ventures, LC a start up Venture Company. In February of 2008, Dr. Gates and his team were successful in acquiring Travell Energy, Inc. A 20-year-old small oil and gas production company. Travell owns 4,200 acres of oil and gas leases containing approximately $3,000,000,000USD in reserves along with 150 oil wells and several natural gas wells.

GulfStar Energy Group, LLC

President and CEO

Dr. Gates was hired to help start GulfStar and served as COO to complete the building of a natural gas pipeline in Western Kentucky. Recently completed the necessary right-of-ways along with leases and have engaged the engineering firm to design the pipeline. In addition, he successfully completed a session with Kentucky Governor Fletcher to discuss future right-of-way needs in the state and was assured of his cooperation. Resigned this position to accept the Chairman and Chief Executive position with Midwest Energy Ventures, LC.

The company was founded to build and operate a worldwide “Voice Over Internet Protocol” communications network. While acting as CEO during the first few months of operations Dr. Gates was able to establish a relationship with an existing network company to carry the beginning traffic in order to be the “First to Market” flat rate long distance telephone company.

In addition, he successfully negotiated a multi-year $30,000,000.00 advertising campaign with Clear Channel TV’s Premiere Radio Network, utilizing stock and telephone time as currency.

Also, during his tenure, he succeeded in bringing the company public in a “Reverse Merger” listing on the OTC.BB under the trading symbol ATNG.

Founded a privately held direct sales company for a small group of investors; assumed executive management duties as the Chairman and CEO. Led the company to growth of 15,000 sales representatives nationwide. The company was profitable and making great strides towards capturing a large portion of the early VOIP telephone business when we sold the company to a public company for more than $100,000,000.00 in public stock.

1992-1994

Developed and implemented corporate structure and nationwide distribution system, which grew to include more than 200 dentists in 15 states utilizing the company’s core product, a practice-management software program. Also planned, initiated, and supervised pre-launch market study to determine viability of company growth.

When it became apparent the current ownership could not properly finance the growth of the company he identified and negotiated a sale of the company to a group of investors.

As Consultant: Interacted with executive management, determined financial growth plans, and structured controls to ensure attainment of both cash flow and profitability goals. Also secured appointments and delivered presentations. As President: Successfully completed one-year contract, attaining all preplanned goals established by company owners. Built revenues by establishing 40 licensing agreements in 25 states and developing a training school for sales and support staff. The company was profitable within the first nine months of operation.

Created and executed a strategic marketing plan that pulled the company from planning stage to financial stability, capturing a 40 percent market share within 18 months. The concept began upon discovery of state-of-the-art chemical products (environmentally friendly plant growth hormones) that dynamically affected horticulture growth. Filed and obtained legal patents, trademarks and registrations throughout the U.S. and Canada. Also planned, arranged financing and supervised construction of a manufacturing plant that effectively reduced operating expenses by eliminating contract production.
