Managed a complex network infrastructure, supporting over 30 agencies with 2,000+ workstations, 100+ servers across multiple remote locations. This included overseeing 7 international internet connections, 4 dark fibers, and 5 Metronet/voice circuits. Collaborated with Washington Network Engineers and local ISPs to establish and maintain IPSEC VPN tunnels (primary and backup), monitoring latency, packet loss, and QoS.
