10/10/23 to Present Keck Medicine of USC – Clinical Administrator Supervisor - CAS/ CMC Responsible for aligning communication, resources, and patient care in collaboration with Office of Business and Workforce Operations to ensure facility capacity is maximized at both Keck and Norris Hospitals. Acts as a liaison between nursing departments on issues pertaining to the placement of patients. Communicates with the intake team any bed availability delays. Responsible for facilitating continuous throughput of patients from all points of entry while using efficient and effective clinical decisions in the coordination of throughput activities. Collaborates with the clinical team, ancillary and support services to resolve issues and achieve maximum efficiency and clinical outcomes. 10/25/21 to 03/23/22 Kaiser Permanente Riverside - Administrative House Supervisor TVLR) This position provides managerial/administrative supervision throughout facility, demonstrating an understanding of the functional and/or development age of individuals served. Oversee nursing staff in all clinical areas. Works in conjunction with the ACM responsible for their units overseeing the quality of patient care. Work with the Bed Placement to decrease throughput waiting times by accurately placing patients in appropriate beds and assist in a timely manner decreasing their wait time in ER. Work with Staffing on continuous basis. Respond to all codes. Address all concerns and complaints within the facility from patients, visitors, staff and medical doctors.
10/04/21 to 10/25/21 St. Jude Medical Center – Employee Health Mobile Flu Vaccinator (contract) Hired for temporary assignment to vaccinate staff, contractors, and medical staff. I maintained the walk-in flu clinic in Employee Health for 2 hours a day and then took a roving cart with vaccinations to the various nursing units offering flu vaccination to those who wanted it.
04/04/21 to 08/26/21 St. John’s Regional Medical Center – Administrative Nursing Supervisor This position provides managerial/administrative supervision throughout facility, demonstrating an understanding of the functional and/or development age of individuals served. Oversee nursing staff in all clinical areas. Directly responsible for overseeing the quality of patient care and assure the delivery of individualized nursing care is given from each team member. Report, document and advise Caregivers calling post-vaccination reporting side effects. Exclude Caregivers from work per protocol and refer for medical evaluation as needed. Document and upload documents provided by caregivers in OHM, as well as report to local positive covid 19 cases for follow-up.
08/2020 to 01/02/21 Foothill Presbyterian Hospital – Nursing House Supervisor Oversee administrative issues as they arise. Oversee the Transporters and assign them various duties throughout the day. Handle any patient or family issues, as well as employee discipline and medical staff issues as needed.
