Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
Allocate resources (manpower, machinery, materials) efficiently to maximize productivity.

Control production costs by optimizing resource usage and minimizing waste.
Prepare and present production reports, Fortnight meeting, Plan, PPC meeting Report (output, efficiency, quality, etc.) to senior management.
Make data-driven decisions to improve productivity and operational performance.
Maintained all machinery and mould history sheet with repair sheet and preventive & curative schedules of mould.
Material handled LDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC, ABS, PC, EPDM, Nylon, Rubber for various product like Helmet, Face shield, Gas mask, Ear plug, Rope, Webbing.
